• Teracore does not host email on our servers, we leave that to the experts.
• We are resellers for the big 3 email providers – Google Workspace (GSuite), Microsoft 365 (Office365) and ZohoMail.
• We have various email hosting and support packages available.

• You will not get access to any hosting panels nor the ability to ssh into your server.
• You and your team will only be provided with access to your website’s WordPress back-end.
• We will take care of all the other stuff (domain, DNS, server settings, firewalls).
• SFTP access can be requested and will be granted upon review.

• Automated deduplicated backups are stored on the server (like an emergency undo button for your website).
• Backups are off-loaded to Wasabi cloud storage for extra redundancy.
• Incremental on-site backups are made before each plugin, theme and core update.
• Weekly server snapshots are stored with the VPS providers.
• We store a monthly website snapshot in ‘cold storage’ for you

• We are very particular about what we use and what we support on our hosting environments.
• We maintain a long list of premium plugins and themes that can help you solve almost any WordPress problem.
• We do not allow and will not support ‘nulled/grey market‘ premium plugins and themes.

• We will maintain an admin account on your WordPress installation.
• An admin account is required for our support team to conduct routine maintenance on your website.
• Our support staff will have access to any data that you store on your website, i.e. user data, customer data, and sales data on eCommerce sites. We will never share or sell your data to third parties.
• We follow the ‘principle of least privilege’. If you have multiple team members who work on your website, we would only grant them access to the features they need. Your copywriter doesn’t need to install plugins and your designer shouldn’t be tweaking the security settings.

• As long as you don’t have any outstanding invoices, we will give you a back up of your website.
• If you we manage your domains, we will release them back to you.
• If we provide your email hosting, we will release you from our reseller agreement so you can move to a new reseller or manage it yourself.
• Our agency license keys for premium WordPress themes and plugins will be deactivated when you migrate your site off our hosting. You will have to purchase your own license keys to receive software updates for those themes and plugins.
