So, I’ve been meaning to dig into Crocoblock’s JetEngine and see how it stacks up to ACF. I like taking a hands-on approach and figured I’d test it out by building a ‘Playlist’ custom post type. I’ve used ACF on other projects and it’s always been a huge time saver. Custom post types in WordPress can reduce the load or create a mountain of unnecessary work. It all depends on the implementation.

This playlist was built with Elementor Pro and JetEngine and I’m pretty impressed at how easy it was.
